Great experience with Dye’s Appliance! They were able to diagnose and repair our refrigerator quickly, and the total cost was $402, which I felt was reasonable. The only frustrating part was waiting for the replacement part to arrive, but that was completely out of their control. Once the part came in, they got everything taken care of promptly. Overall, very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs. Five stars!

We have used Dyes for as long as I can remember maybe 15 years now. They have the most knowledgeable technicians and even the owner will come out if they can’t figure out the problem on the first go. They have good, solid advice and they’ve often helped me figure out replacement machines as well. In fact, if I need to buy a new appliance of any kind, my first phone call is to Dyes.
Sure, there are other repair people you could call but if you want smart, honest workers who live in the community and really care their job, Dyes it is.
